All matches are on a 3 hour rain delay from your current posted match time. So if your match is posted scheduled for 8:00am it will now be at 11:00am, if it was at 9:00am it is now 12:00pm. We are working diligently to get the courts ready. We will update this website with new information as we have it. Thank you for your patience.

CHECK IN
Please check in for your first match 30 min. early. After that you may check in 15 min. before your matches.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Always check this site before you leave for your matches. If there are any weather delays we will post the information here ASAP.

COURT SURFACES
10 & Under matches will be played on hard courts. Girl's 12-18 will be played on clay courts. Boy's 12-18 will be played on hard courts. Consolation matches may be played on an alternate surface depending on court availabilty. The Referee reserves the right to change the court surface in the event of inclement weather.

SCORING FORMAT
Boy's and Girl's 12-18 will play a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a third set. All Doubles will be an 8 game pro set.
Boy's and Girl's 10 and under will be played on a 60' court with orange low compression balls with a racquet no larger than 25" using the following scoring format: 2 out of 3 short sets first to 4 games (win by 2) 7 point tiebreak at 4-4. 7 point tiebreak for 3rd set (win by 2).

DRAW FORMAT
All singles draws will have a modified feed-in consolation. Always report your scores to the tournament desk win or lose to see when you play again. All doubles will be single elimination unless it is a round robin.

LUNCH
Lunch will be provided for all PLAYERS at 12:00pm on Saturday.

TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT
Each participant will receive a t-shirt. Please remember to select your size when you sign up.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, July 9, 2013 5:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
