MATCH TIMES POSTED
First match times are posted. Boys and Girls 18 are round robins, girls 10 is also a round robin. If you do not show a win or loss next time you may have received a BYE in the first round. YOU MUST REPORT TO HARTSVILLE COUNTRY CLUB TENNIS COURTS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST MATCH.

START TIMES/DRAWS
Start times will be posted late Thursday night. Due to so many out-of-town players the first match time for Saturday is 10 AM and Sunday at 9 AM. HOWEVER, WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO HAVE CHECKED IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR MATCH TIME. Draws will be posted some time Friday around noon.

TENNIS RACQUET GIVE
Register on line and be entered for the RACQUET GIVE AWAY

10 AND UNDER
10 and Under will play two four game sets with a seven point tie break if they split sets. We will also have co-ed doubles for 10 and under. 10 AND UNDER WILL BE PLAYED SATURDAY MORNING BEGINNING AT 10 AM. LENGTH OF THIS DIVISION WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS.

SCORING
Main Draw for 12 - 18's will be 2 out of 3 full sets. Consolation will be a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of the third set. Doubles scoring will be a 8 game pro set with single elimination.,

POOL OPEN
Pool will be open to players and their families. Bring your swim suit and towels.
|
|
DOUBLES
Doubles sign-up through Saturday at noon. If you have signed up for doubles and did not sign up with a partner we will pair you with someone. We will start doubles late Saturday IF we have courts available.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player prior to their first match. Please download, complete, and bring signed form to expedite player check-in. Turn in the release at the tournament check-in desk. Sportsmanship Responsibilities: All parents are encouraged complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 5, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
