Tournament Match Schedule
Men's and Women's Singles are scheduled to begin on Thursday, December 26th. At the present time Men will begin at 9am and the Women's 1st round singles are not before noon. Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles are scheduled to begin on Friday, December 27th following singles. Mixed Doubles are scheduled to begin on Saturday, December 28th. However, please check the draws for any changes as we get closer to the start date. Final doubles start date and times will depend on the size of the singles and doubles draws. Please check back regularly once the draws are up online. Main Draw match format is the best of 3 regular sets with a 12 point tiebreaker at 6 all. Both singles draws will have a first match loser consolation draw that will be played out to the finals. Please make sure you let us know if you're playing in the consolation by Friday at 6pm.

Practice Courts
On Thursday, December 26 - 3 practice courts will be available on a walk-in basis from 6am until 7am 9 cts from 7am-8am 12 courts 8am-9am. Check in at our reception desk in the Indoor Training Center. First come, first served. The tournament reserves the right to limit the length of time and place up to 4 players on each court in order to accommodate the demand, if necessary.
Special Tournament Entrant's hourly court rental rate of $24 between 6am-4pm on Monday, December 23rd and Tuesday, December 24th between 6am -3pm. Courts may be reserved up to 2 days in advance with a valid credit card. Call our reservations desk at 718 760-6200 x0. ID required at check-in for special rate.
Facility is closed on Wednesday, December 25th - Christmas Day.

Important Doubles Info
Doubles entry deadline is the SAME as the Singles entry deadline. Please check to make sure you are paired with your doubles partner on tennislink. If not, please send an email by Monday, December 16 - 3pm to ntctournaments@usta.com to let us know who your partner is. Anyone remaining following the Dec. 16 deadline without a partner will be paired randomly. Thank you.

Seeds
Please keep in mind that this is a USTA Open National Tournament. The USTA Top 500 List was used for seeding purposes.

Please email any Seeding Information to ntctournaments@usta.com by the entry deadline. ATP, WTA, UTR and Top 500 list will be used. Additional information provided may also be considered.

All withdrawals, with explanation, must be received in writing. Email to ntctournaments@usta.com. No refunds after the entry deadline has passed.

Withdrawals with refund can be done online BEFORE registration closes. Go to "Edit Registration" on right hand side of "Important Info" section. No refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline passes.

Checking in: IMPORTANT
Please enter the facility through our Indoor Training Center via parking lot B (overflow parking is located west of lot B in the Ashe TV lot OR in Lot D, located east of Lot B, over the bridge and to the left). Initial check-in is at the front desk in the main lobby where you will hand in your Release and Waiver form. Please be advised that a new security protocol is in effect. All guests and players must present an official, government ID with a current picture. Your ID will be scanned and an ID with your picture will be printed. Players will receive a 3 day wristband. Guests will receive a day pass after presenting their photo ID. Thank you for your cooperation.

Locker Rooms: Men's and Women's locker rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the Indoor Training Center (ITC). Towels are available at the ITC Reception Desk.

Stringing: Stringing services are available on-site in our Full-Service NTC Pro Shop located in the Indoor Training Center's Main Lobby.
