We invite you to celebrate the End of Summer with us at the Westside Club Open! Entrants will receive a t-shirt and lunch on Saturday. Awards for the Champions and Finalists of each division.

Deadline for entering this tournament is Sunday, September 15, 11:59 pm ET. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

TIME FAVORS

All "Time Favors" need to be submitted via email before midnight on Sunday the 15th of September, and will be considered but not guaranteed. Please send your request to: seswanson@sc.rr.com. Play may begin as early as 3 pm on Friday, September 20th. All players must be available to play when scheduled. Thank you for complying with this very helpful request.

FORMAT

Format will consist of two tie-break sets with a match tie-break (10 pt) played to decide the match.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given after the entry deadline.

DRAWS

Draws will be posted by 6 pm on Wednesday. You are on your own until 9 pm Thursday to check back for time/match changes. Players with changes made after 9 pm on Thursday (only) will be notified by phone.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 15, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
