First CHECK-IN: Sign a SC Release form. Verify contact information. Pay, if you owe . Pick-up your tournament gift. SECOND CHECK-IN at TOURNAMENT DESK: One player will check in your DOUBLES TEAM If your opponents have already check-in you could be sent immediately to a court. So make sure you are BOTH ready to go before checking -in. Recommend 30-15 minutes prior to match time. This is a sanctioned USTA Tournament and all USTA rules (LATENESS PENALTY etc.) are n effect.

Security Gate

Just let the guards know you are going to the tournament and they will let you in. No need to pay for a guest pass.

MATCH TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE!!!

FRIDAY MATCH TIMES ARE SET. Saturday and Sunday's time MAY VARY as players advance and match conflicts occur(not personal!) Check the draw after 9pm on Friday for Saturday's matches and 9pm on Saturday for Sunday's.

Draws will be posted by Wednesday, September 4th 11pm. No refunds will be given after registration closes. In events with 4 or less entrants, a Round Robin format may be used.

Time Favors

All "Time Favors" need to be submitted via email before midnight on Sunday the 1st of September. Please send your request to: tpr316@gmail.com Play may begin as early as 12 PM AM Friday, September 6th. All players must be available to play when scheduled.

Doubles Partners

Please note, even if your partner has registered and listed you as their partner, you still need to register as well (unless your partner registered for you and paid for you).

Late Entries

Will be charged tournament fees plus a $20.00 late fee.

PLAYERS DINNER

A DINNER for the players will be held 5:30 Friday night at Sea Pines Country CLub. Guests WELCOME for an additional charge of $17.00 per person.

Match Scoring

All matches will be two out of three sets with a MATCH TIEBREAK (10 PT.) IN LIEU OF A 3RD SET. Alternate scoring may be implemented in case of inclement weather.

2nd and 3rd Round Matches

All 2nd and 3rd round matches on Saturday or Sunday ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Schedule may vary depending on winner of events and other events entered. Correct times will be posted on-line by 9:30pm the night before.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 2, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
