Directors Note
***This is a 3 day tournament. Friday matches (if necessary) will start no earlier 5:00 pm as draw sizes dictate.***

** Please email avoidance requests to honeycutt@sc.rr.com prior to Monday, September 30th. We will do what we can to work with you but can make no gaurantees. Do not leave requests on voice mail or send to other email addresses.

Match Format - 10's
MAIN DRAW & CONSOLATION - All Play in the 10 & Under Division in USTA Sanctioned Tournaments shall be on a 60’ court with an orange low compression ball with a racquet no larger than 25”. The scoring format used for this division will be as follows: best of 3 sets, first to win 4 games wins the set 7 point tiebreaker (sudden death at 6-6) is used for the 3rd set

Match Format - 12's, 14's, 16's, & 18's
MAIN DRAW - Singles will play a best 2 out of 3 sets.
CONSOLATION - A 10-PT Match Tiebreak will be played in lieu of a third set.

Balls
*Wilson US Open balls will be used - new balls for 3rd set.
|
|
Amenities
* Water and Gatorade (Provided by Pepsi) will be available during matches at each site.
* Lunch will be provided for all participants on Saturday and Sunday.
* Each participant will receive a tournament t-shirt and player gift.
* Trophies for Champion and Runner Up.

Sportsmanship Responsibilities: All parents are encouraged complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 29, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
