MEDICAL RELEASE FORM:
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player prior to their first match. Please download, complete, and bring signed form to expedite player check-in. Turn in the release at the tournament check-in desk where you will receive your t-shirt.

SCORING FOR AGES 12-18:
The scoring will be the best two out of three sets with a ten point tiebreak in lieu of a third set for all Boys' 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s and Girls' 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s matches.

SCORING FOR 10 AND UNDER:
For Boys and Girls 10 and under, the required scoring format for singles shall be the best of two short sets (first to four and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) for the third. They will play on a court size of 60 feet with orange low compression balls. Players must use 25" junior racquets.

Please check-in for the tournament 30 min. early. After that you may check in for your matches 15 min. early.

DOUBLES REGISTRATION:
Doubles registration must be done on-line. If you need help in finding a partner, please email the tournament director (Fillup@standrewsparks.com) your contact information and we will share it with other players in your age division who are also looking for partners. We do not match players up automatically.
Matches are expected to start on Saturday around 4 PM unless there are delays to the singles draw.

Doubles draws will be posted later. Matches will be scheduled after 3:00PM Saturday.

South Carolina Tournament Level 4-Challenger: Beginning January 1, 2013, all CHALLENGER tournaments in SC will offer both yellow ball and green ball divisions for 12U play for the purpose of transition from the 10U orange ball. The 12U Green division is designated by "Quick Start: 12U" on the registration page. Play in the 12U green ball division will count toward the player's Current Standings.

All parents are strongly encouraged to view the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in SC L4 or L5 tournaments. In addition, we encourage all parents to view the video, regardless of the level of experience or level of play the player is currently competing.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
