Official Tournament Seeding
Tournament Participants:
We would like to thank William Kellogg and Gerard Baisch for their seeding expertise in the "All Seeding Method." With the "All Seeding Method" we took into account the following: All past and present rankings (including former ATP Rankings), tournament performances, college performance history, and head to head results. We also utilized a network of contacts that we have used over the past several years that have aided us in previous seeding discussions and issues and are very familiar with the players and their performance history.
Seeding:
1. Motevassel, Oren
2. Chang, Michael
3. Witsken, Rick
4. Cox, Graeme
We look forward to hosting all of you next week!

Welcome to Park City and the Men's 40 Indoor Natio
Hello and welcome to the 2013 Men’s National Indoor Championship. We are very excited to have you visit and enjoy the hospitality of Park City, while competing for the title of “National Champion.” As some of you may know, The Park City Municipal Athletic and Recreation Center (or PC MARC as the locals refer to it) formerly the Park City Racquet Club, was renovated and reopened in January of 2012. The facility features Decoturf II courts with incredible viewing from the lobby and from the running track that encircles the courts from above. The Patrons of Park City are very excited to host this event each April and are at the club morning, noon and night watching the competition. A couple of “hello’s” to a few of the patrons will ensure that you have supportive fans for the duration of your events!
Some of you may also already know that our long time Tournament Director Laurie Lambert was recently named the Executive Director of the Utah Tennis Association. Laurie left a great legacy behind with us and we are excited to bring this event to you in the same professional manner that Laurie had over the past several years. If you have any questions about the event or Park City, please feel free to call me directly here at the MARC.
My contact information is below.
I highly encourage you to read through the other notes that we have left here through TDM. They will give you a great deal of information regarding travel, draws balls.
We are looking forward to your arrival in the “Beehive” State and want to ensure that your experience with us is an enjoyable one! Thanks and we Look forward to seeing here at the PC MARC!

Direction to PCTennis at the PC MARC
From the Salt Lake airport, follow directions onto I-80 EAST. The signs will say toward "Cheyenne". I-80 will merge with I-15 for a few miles and then split off again. Just keep following signs onto I-80 East. After you cross the Salt Lake valley, you will begin climbing Parley's Canyon. About 15 minutes up the canyon, you will take the Park City/ Kimball Junction exit(EXIT 145). If you hit Highway 40(EXIT 146) - you have gone too far.
When you take the Kimball Junction exit, you will turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Highway 224. This is the main road into town. Stay on Highway 224 for about 6 miles. After you pass the big white barn on your right, you will want the 2nd stop light. You will see the PEAKS hotel over to your left. Turn left onto Holiday Ranch Loop drive. Follow Holiday Ranch Loop to the first stop sign and turn right onto Little Kate Road. The club is the LARGE RED building up on your left about 1/10 mile. Front desk phone number is 435-615-5400.

Emails, Draws and Balls
Please make sure that the USTA has a correct email address for you. I communicate much information through email distribution lists.
Please be aware that both the singles and doubles events have consolation draws. The singles will be a full feed-in consolation and the doubles will be a first match losers consolation. This means that players could be playing 2 singles matches per day plus one doubles match if they choose to participate in both consolation draws.
This tournament will be using Wilson US Open High Altitude balls.

ONE DAY UNTIL THE DEADLINE!!
Hello National Players,
A quick reminder that we have one day remaining until the deadline for the 2013 Men's 40's Indoor Nationals, hosted here in Park City, Utah!
I know that I have talked to several of you and this is a friendly reminder to make sure that you are signed before tomorrow night at 12 midnight.
A couple of you have brought to my attention that the website may have been overcharging for the two events. If you paid more than $136, please bring that to my attention when you are here and we will refund you the difference here in Park City.
First Round Singles is scheduled to start Monday and Doubles is scheduled to start Tuesday afternoon. (This is subject to change with the growth of the draw(s), so please keep checking back in.)
If you have any questions, please give me a ring at 435-615-5427. Thanks
-PCTennis
