DRAWS ARE POSTED WITH SCHEDULES THROUGH SATURDAY. WE DID OUR BEST TO MEET EVERYONE'S SPECIAL REQUESTS. NO MORE AVOIDANCES WILL BE TAKEN UNLESS WE MADE AN ERROR. THESE TIMES ARE THE CORRECT TIMES. IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES WE WILL CONTACT YOU USING THE EMAIL AND/OR TELEPHONE NUMBER IN YOUR USTA DATA BASE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION IN YOUR USTA DATA BASE WE CANNOT REACH YOU.

RULES OF PLAY
The Tournament Referee will be the judge in all matters relating to tournament play. USTA Rules will be followed. The Code of Conduct will be enforced. Surface will be clay, however the Referee reserves the right to use hard courts in event of bad weather or unforseen delays. Match play will be best of 3 sets with a 10 point Tie Break in lieu of the third set. There will be consolation rounds in all events except Round Robins. Championship trophies and gift will be given out to Main Draw Winners. Main Draw Finalists will be receive a gift. Consolation Winners will receive a gift. Winners of Round Robin Events will receive a trophy and gift.

WELCOME
Welcome to the Southern NTRP & Family Tournament at Prestwick. This year we will run consolation rounds with a two event maximum per player. We will have continental breakfast Sat & Sun mornings, lunch & dinner on Saturday and Cookout on Sunday. The POOL will be open. Our fully stocked pro shop features a stringer on staff during the tournament. Cold drinking water is available on every court.

We cannot give any further avoidances for Saturday/Sunday. If I have contacted you, we have tried to accomodate you.

SENIOR FAMILY EVENTS
The age group for Senior events is 60, the older player must be 60 or more.

Family Events
Players may refer to Pg 193 in Friend of Court (available on line) if you have questions about eligible family members. Step-Family is allowed. Blood relatives, whether divorced or not are eligible. In-Laws do not qualify under this category. If you have any other questions do not hesitate to call.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 23, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
