Reservations will need to be made by August 16th to guarantee the group rate. After the 16th all rates will be based upon availability. more info

First round matches for all singles events, regardless of draw size, on Aug 26. First round of doubles draws will begin on Aug 27 or Aug 28 (TBA).

All white tennis attire is required. Modest colour trim is accepted. This rule applies to shoes, socks, hats, warm-ups and any other attire worn on the court. Tennis specific shoes are required. Soles must have a flat surface and may not have anything protruding from the soles. Grass court, clay court, cross training or running specific shoes are not permitted. All players will be subject to a shoe check prior to each match. Players found to be wearing incorrect footwear risk default from their match. Please note that the Adidas Feather shoe is not permitted.

Players are limited to 2 events.

Main draw matches will be best of three Tiebreak sets, the Coman tie break will be used.
Consolation match format TBA

No refunds will be issued after close of entries. Any request for a refund prior to the close of entries must be submitted in writing.

By submitting an online entry to the USTA National Senior Grass Court Championships players agree to and will be required to sign a paper copy of the following Release of Liability: I hereby relieve, release, and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Germantown Cricket Club, the United States Tennis Association and participating tennis facilities, and their servants, agents, and employees from any and all claims and demands of any and every kind and character for injury to my person or loss or damage to property as a result of my participation in the 2013 USTA National Senior Grass Court Championships.

In case of inclement weather matches may be played indoors/ at other sites. If this is the case there will be a modest fee charged for each match to help cover the cost of indoor courts. Players will be responsible for finding their own transportation to alternate sites.
