DOUBLES: Everyone must sign onsite doubles sign-i
At check-in all players wishing to play doubles must sign our Doubles Sign-in Sheet. by 9:00 am Saturday morning
This confirms that you still wish to play doubles and also gives those who don't already have a partner to find a specific partner to sign up with. All doubles players who do not sign with a particular person will be matched up by drawing lot. We do our best to get an even number so everyone has a chance to play. Although we cannot guarantee to get an even number, it has worked out for us in the past. You may only play doubles in the age group you play singles in.
|
DOUBLES - TENTATIVE PLAYING OUT OF YOUR SINGLES AG
Players who are in singles of a particular age group will have priority playing in the doubles of that same age group. If there is a spot remaining, someone from another age group may play in that doubles. Example: All Girls 16's singles will have until 9:00 am Saturday to sign up for Girls 16's doubles. If there is: 1) space remaining in the draw, and 2)there is an odd number player who does not have a partner, then a player from a different age group may play doubles. 3)Or if the doubles draw is not full at 9:00 am Saturday, and there is not a person of that age group left needing a partner, then a whole team from another age group may be allowed to enter.
|
Players receive a free lunch Saturday, Sunday & Mo
Extra lunches may be ordered only by signing an order list for extra lunches before 9:00 am of that day. Extra lunches will be $6 each.
