Selection of Doubles Team Draw
1. All teams comprising two players in the singles draw shall be selected
2. Teams comprising one player in the singles draw and one player not in the singles draw. If more than the maximum number of extries is recieved, selection order is based on combined standings and combined doubles ranking points, except that no team comprised of a late applicant shall be selected before a team comprised of timely applicants.
3. Teams comprising two singles alternates.
4. Walk-on doubles teams.
