7th Annual Bent Tree Indoor Doubles Classic (Non-Sanctioned)

As of 8:47pm on Tuesday night, I am "Officially" through with the 7th Annual Bent Tree Indoor Doubles Classic and I wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone who participated!! I really appreciate the support and I hope you had a great time playing and meeting new friends. Look for the 8th Annual Bent Tree "Late Night" Indoor Doubles Classic on MLK weekend - Jan 12-16, 2012. I should have the tournament on the website around Thanksgiving.

Thanks again for being a part of the 7th Annual Bent Tree Indoor Doubles Classic. All draws and times have been posted as of 6pm Tuesday evening. Welcome to the 7th Annual Bent Tree Indoor Doubles Classic. This is a very competitive non-sanctioned event. Players from all across the state haved played in previous tournaments and I certainly appreciate all the interest in the tournament up to this point. Be sure to email me (Craig Bell) if you have questions about the tournament. I look forward to seeing you at Bent Tree!!

Fee includes: Indoor court time an "Official" embrodiered tournament t-shirt and Friday night "Kickoff" party. Plus Great awards - embrodiered sweatshirts - for all winners and finalists!!

FREE Kick-Off Party for all Players and Guests on Friday, January 14th 7pm - ?? Hors d'oeurvres, soft drinks and keg beer. FREE Drawing for Great Door Prizes donated by Prince Racquet Sports!!! Everyone is invited - even if you don't play in the tournament, drop by and say "Hi" to all your tennis friends.

All draws will be posted on the internet by Tuesday, January 11th by 9pm. Draws may be combined if less than four entries are received. ALL TEAMS ARE GUARANTEED 2 MATCHES.

Thursday (1/13) - 6pm-12pm * Friday (1/14) - 5pm-12pm * Saturday (1/15) - 8am-12pm * Sunday (1/16) - 8am-12pm * Monday (1/17) - 6pm - 12pm *

Play will possibly be scheduled for Monday, January 17th (if necessary) as it is Martin Luther King Holiday. I know some will have to work while others will have the day off - every attempt will be made to finish the tournament on Sunday. If we need to use Monday, all play will start after 6pm.

Driving Directions to Bent Tree Country Club – Tennis Facility From the Tollway: Take the Westgrove Exit off the Dallas North Tollway (Keller Springs/Westgrove if heading North from the Galleria Shopping Mall) Frankford Exit if heading South from the George Bush Freeway – then proceed to the 4th stoplight – which is Westgrove. Head East on Westgrove about 100 yards. At 4-way stop sign, turn left onto Knoll Trail (north). Go 1/2 mile north to Tennis Trail and turn right (east) immediately after Village Street. Turn right on Tennis Trail and head east 200 yards into the tennis facility. From Preston Road: Take Westgrove and head west about 1 mile to Knoll Trail - bypass the main entrance of Bent Tree Country Club (Club Hill Drive) and keep heading west to Knoll Trail – approximately ¼ mile from main entrance of the country club. At Knoll Trail turn right and head north approximately 1/2 mile to Tennis Trail and turn right (east).
