NC State Closed Adult Championships (Odd Yrs) (STA 100 PT/ NC 400)

With sincere apologies, the tournament referee, Bill Parks, must change the order of finishing in Mens 45 doubles. The winners remain the same, Hobday-McIver. However, second place goes to Deering-Demos. The order of finishing is properly awarded based on the original percentage of sets won for all tied players, per Friend at Court Comment II.B-6, page 84, 2011 FAC. It only reverts to head-to-head again if the remaining players have the same percentage of sets won. When applied to Mens 75 doubles, the order of finishing remains Bambauer-Browne first and Griffin-McGinn second.

The Friday 6:00 - 6:30 PM RECEPTION serving beer, wine and soft drinks will precede the 6:30 PM PLAYER BANQUET. Both events are free to registered tournament players and $20 for each non-playing guest. Please register yourself and any guests at the tournament registration desk. Great party to have fun with friends! PLAYER BANQUET MENU features chicken Marsala, baby greens w/balsamic vinaigrette, penne pasta w/roasted veggies in marinara sauce, red skinned smashed potatoes, French green beans w/applewood smoked bacon, assorted desserts, beer, wine, tea, soft drinks.
