Doubles
Sign up for doubles will close at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 11. If you registered for doubles on-line, you are required to confirm your doubles registration at the tournament desk.

First Match Times
First match times will be available on the tournament website by 6:00pm on Thursday, June 9.

Tournament Check-In
Players must report to either the Erickson or Jackson Park Tennis Courts at least 20 minutes before their first match time when they will receive their T-shirts, rules, and draw sheets.

Schedule of Play
Weather permitting, two rounds of main draw singles, one round of consolation singles, and two rounds of doubles will be played on Saturday, June 11. The quarterfinal and semifinal main draw matches will be played on Monday, June 13. The consolation final will not be played. Weather permitting, the tournament will conclude on Tuesday, June 14.

Tennis Facility Addresses
Outdoor matches will be played at BOTH the Erickson Tennis Facility (4601 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101) and Jackson Park Tennis Courts (1601 34th Street, Vienna, WV 26105). NOTE THE MATCH LOCATION ON THE DRAW SHEET AND FIRST MATCH TIMES - "ER" IS THE ERICKSON COURTS, AND "JP" IS THE JACKSON PARK COURTS.

Tournament Match Schedule Update
Due to the weather, all matches at the Erickson tennis facility are delayed four hours. All matches at Jackson Park thru 9:30am are to report to Greenmont Racquet Club (816 55th St, Vienna WV) for indoor play.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 5, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
