Singles Draw Posting
Hope everyone got the Perfect Draw! No bailing now! See you Monday - there will be 2 practice courts set aside most of the day Monday for players. Club opens at 6:00am on Monday. First matches are at 9:00. I will have the tournament desk open Sunday night from 4:00 - 6:00pm so I can meet you and you can get your schwag bag.

Towels
The club does NOT have any towels anymore. We do have showers, but bring your towel from your hotel!

Practice Courts
I will have balls and courts set aside all day Saturday and Sunday before the tournament starts for players to practice at no charge. Generally there is no problem with court availability. If you feel you must reserve a court at a certain time, you can call the front desk 2 weeks in advance to reserve your court. Cost will be $22/hr.

Directions to Club
Take I-80 EAST from the airport. You will merge with I-15 for a few miles, but just stay on I-80 EAST. You will cut across Salt Lake City and then start climbing Parley's Canyon. After approximately 20 minutes, you will see the Park City/Kimball Junction exit (after the Jeremy Ranch exit). Take this Park City exit. At end of exit ramp, turn right onto Hiway 224. Follow this road for about 6 miles until you have passed a big White barn on your RIGHT. After the barn you will want to turn LEFT at the 2nd stop light onto Holiday Ranch Loop Drive. Follow Holiday Ranch Loop to the 1st stop sign and turn RIGHT onto Little Kate. The club is a few hundred yards up on your left. Front desk phone is 435-615-5401. Player Check-In
I will have the tournament desk open from 4:00 - 6:00pm on Sunday, November 8 for player check-in. You are not required to check-in at this time. You may check-in before your first match.

Water
At 7000' feel altitude you will want to drink LOTS of water. We have water on the court, but no containers - bring your own water bottle

Player Parties - there's 2 this year!
The player and family party will be upstairs at Coach's on Monday, November 9. Time: 6:00. We will also have a player/patron potluck social on Tuesday at 5:00.

Prize Money
We are pleased to be offering $2000 in prize money this year. Breakout will be as follows: Singles: 1st: $300, 2nd: $250, 3rd: $200, 4th: $150, 5th: $100. Doubles per team: 1st: $400, 2nd: $300, 3rd: $200, 4th: $100

Doubles Draw
I will keep the doubles draw open until noon on Monday, November 9. This will allow players to find partners after the singles deadline has passed. If you do NOT want me to give out your contact information to other players, please let me know. Doubles may begin as early as Monday evening.

Order of Play
The tournament will begin singles matches at 8:30am Monday, November 9. Finals will either be Friday or Saturday, depending on the draw size. You may be playing 2 singles matches on Monday - so get here no later than Sunday night. Remember the draws are full feed-in consolation in both the singles and the doubles. Consolation singles players will be playing 2 singles matches per day - so stay in that main draw as long as you can! The main draw doubles will be in the middle of the day Tuesday - Thursday. Order of play Tuesday - Thursday will be: main singles, 1st rd cons. singles, main doubles, 2nd cons. singles, cons. doubles.

Tennis Balls
We will be playing with Wilson US Open High Altitude balls. I will have a hopper of balls available for you to use for practice. Don't bother bringing your own balls - they will bounce over your head!

Hotel Info
The Park City Peaks Hotel is happy again to be the host hotel for our Men's National 45s. The price for a room is $69 + tax. Please mention "Men's Tennis Nationals" to the front desk to receive this rate. Their phone number is 435-649-5000. The Peaks Hotel is the closest hotel to the club and is within walking distance (if it's not snowing!)

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 26, 2009 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
