Tournament Travel Agent and Hotel
OFFICIAL HOTEL, AIR & CAR ARRANGEMENTS will be handled by Lisa Camerino (Campus Travel of Westchester) 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, Harrison, NY 10528-1600. Phone: (914) 761-3330
E-mail: campustrav@aol.com. Campus Travel has arranged for special group rates at the Pan American Hotel which will once again be the tournament hotel. The rate is $119 + taxes per night ($135 + taxes Friday & Saturday). There is a $10 per person charge for triples and quads.

St. John's University Dorm Accommodations
Accommodation is again available in the residence halls at St. John's University for $50 per person per night or $290 per suite, per night. A suite holds 7-8 people. Meals are available at the Montjoris Dining Hall. Contact Kevin Crimmins at 718-990-2716 or crimmink@stjohns.edu for information.

Tennis Attire
All white tennis attire is required including hats, shoes and warm-ups. Grass court shoes are NOT permitted.

Parking
Players are invited to park in the lot next to the Stadium on 69th Avenue. Please be sure not to park on the private streets surrounding the Club. Cars parked on the private streets will be booted. PLEASE READ THE SIGNS CAREFULLY!!

Match Times Subject To Change
Please note all match times are subject to change due to weather or court conditions.

In The Event Of Extreme Heat
Due to extreme temperatures and humidity the match scoring format may be changed to a match tie-break in lieu of a third set. An announcement will be made at the start of play on any given day if the match tie-break will be used.

Stringing UPDATE
Same day racquet stringing will be provided by RPNY Tennis, LLC. RPNY Tennis was launched by Roman Prokes and services some of the top professional tennis players as well as amateur players. Roman has been present on both the men’s and women’s tours since 1991 and worked with players like John McEnroe, Jim Courier, Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova, Lindsay Davenport and many others.
The goal of RPNY Tennis is to provide the best customization and stringing services available to any player, professional as well as amateur, at reasonable prices.

Pro-Am
Players wanting to play in the Pro-Am on Saturday, July 5 from 3-5pm (reception to follow) should email their request to westsideprotennis@yahoo.com. We may not be able to accommodate all those desiring to play. A list of those selected to play will be posted on this web page. There will be practice courts available after the Pro-Am finishes at 5pm.

Practice Courts - UPDATE
Practice courts may be booked one day in advance.
All practice courts must be reserved through the Pro Shop.
Friday & Saturday, July 4 & 5 - Players may book one hour of practice time, four players to a court. A second hour may be booked after completion of the first though players who have not yet played have priority over those who have. A limited number of courts will be available from 10am – 8pm.
From Sunday on – Practice courts will be available from 9-10am daily for 20 minute sessions, four players to a court, court conditions permitting. If the grass courts are not available, clay courts will be available. (No grass practice courts will be available Tuesday morning due to mowing.)
To utilize practice court time more efficiently, it is suggested that players practice serves on clay courts #33-36 (the “old bubble” courts) on a walk-on basis.
ABSOLUTELY NO GRASS COURT SHOES ARE TO BE WORN ON THE COURTS.
PLEASE RESPECT THE ALL WHITE DRESS CODE FOR ALL PEOPLE ON THE COURT. THIS INCLUDES COACHES & GUESTS. THE DRESS CODE APPLIES TO HATS, VISORS & SHOES ON BOTH MATCH & PRACTICE COURTS.
Please call the Pro Shop at 718-268-2300 x127 to reserve. Courts may not be booked more than 24 hours in advance.

Registration & Gift Bags
Registration will take place in the ROSE GARDEN TENT PLAYER LOUNGE on Saturday & Sunday from 10am-4pm and on Monday and Tuesday from 10am-2pm. Gift Bags will be given out there as well.

Lunch & Hospitality - UPDATE
The club restaurant will be open for lunch daily from 12-3pm.
Complimentary coffee & bagels will be available daily in the Rose Garden Tent Player Lounge. Drinks and snacks will also be available.
Please be aware the club does not permit bringing in food from outside the club. Thank you for your cooperation.

Player Party
Our Player Party will be held on Tuesday, July 8 at 6pm. It will once again be sponsored by the Buffalo Bills. Thank you Ralph & Mary Wilson!!!

Seedings
Please note: the number of seeded players was determined in accordance with ITF rules for all age groups to which they are applicable.

Feed-In Consolations
Please note that a Modified Feed-In Consolation will be used in any division with 16 or fewer entrants.

Only Women's 40, 50, 60, 70 & 80 are ITF Sanctioned- Grade 2. ITF Sanction- Grade 2 Closed National Championship This tournament is sanctioned by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) as a closed national championship. Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
