Matches will be best of three sets, no-ad scoring with a 12 point tiebreaker at 6 games all.

The Grand Slam Invitational Tournament is by invitation only. The top four individuals with the highest point totals in each NTRP division, singles and doubles, Men and Women, from the Utah Tennis Adult Tournament Point Challenge will be invited to participate in the Grand Slam Invitational.
