2008 USTA/Midwest Wisconsin Junior Sportsmanship Agreement

The Wisconsin Tennis Association has adopted a Junior Sportsmanship Agreement form starting in 2008. A Parent/Coach/Guardian will be asked to complete the form, available at the tournament desk, prior to the participant playing in his/her 1st round match.
