New Endorsement Requirements for 2008 &
2009
To be eligible for endorsement to the BG12-18 USTA Winter National
Championships, a player must play: One (1) out of four (4) Designated Closed (+L1)
tournaments preceding these National Championships. These
tournaments are Sept 5-14, Oct 3-13, Oct 17- 26, and Oct 31-Nov 9.
Remember, these requirements must be met in the age division
seeking endorsement. BG18
seeking endorsement to the 2009 BG18 National Spring Championships,
you must play one (1) out of the following four (4) Designated
Closed (+L1) tournaments preceding this National Championship will
be: Oct 17-26, 2008 Oct 31-Nov 9, 2008 Jan 9-19, 2009 (Dates TBD)
Jan 30-Feb 8, 2009 (Dates TBD) ***The following documentation is required in order for
you to continue to be eligible to participate in the +L1 Eastern
Designated Closed Tournaments: US Birth Certificate, US Passport,
1485 or 797C Form, Permanent Resident card, Diplomat status,
Refugee status, Asylee status. Please fax one of the above
documents into the Eastern office at 914-694-2402, or you will not
be able to participate in this tournament.***
Endorsement to Nat'l Winter CHMPS Follow-up match times are subject
to change when needed. Check your time before you leave the
house.
