Withdrawal Notification
If you need to withdraw before the start of the tournament, send an email to execd@dta.org with the event(s) you are withdrawing from and the reason for the withdrawal. DO NOT CALL AND LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE. Players should double check the draws to make sure there are no first round withdrawals. (The draws will be updated daily with the withdrawals received that day.)

WAIVER FORM REQUIRED
Please bring a signed copy of this waiver form (click on link under more info) when you check in for your first match. Players must have a signed waiver in order to play in the tournament. Players under 18 must also have the document signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Tournament Sites
The following sites will be used for this tournament: Bent Tree Country Club (BT), Brookhaven Country Club (BROOK), Canyon Creek Country Club (CNCRK), Las Colinas Country Club (LASCC) and Northwood Country Club (NORTH). Matches will be played both indoors and outdoors so plan accordingly. Click on more info for a map to the sites which included addresses and phone numbers.

Men's Open Singles Seeding Updated 12/15/11
The Men's Open Singles event seeding has been updated. The update was based on new information that was received after the initial seeding was done. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The entry deadline was 11:59 p.m. 12/12/11. This tournament is now closed.

Player Movement
If you requested to be moved to a different level based on last year's rating, you have been moved. Please double check the Competitor's list to make sure you are in the correct division. If you need to correct your placement, send an email to execd@dta.org. No more division changes will be made after 11:00 a.m. on 12/14/11.

Cotton Bowl Schedule of Play
Adult levels will begin on Monday, December 26th. Junior divisions will begin on either Wednesday, December 28th or Thursday, December 29th, depending on the size of the draws.

DOUBLES REMINDER
Just a reminder that both doubles partners must be regsitered in order to be included in the draw. (Assigning a person as your doubles partner is not the same as him/her being registered.) Players may only play in ONE doubles event.

Adult Levels Registration
Adults who have a higher end of year rating may still play at their old level. You will have to register for the higher level, then send an email to execd@dta.org requesting to be moved to the lower level. This email must be received by the registration deadline in order to moved to the appropriate draw.
