Notes
IMPORTANT!
Due to a new policy from the USTA's legal department, tournament
directors will no longer have access to phone numbers and email
addresses of the tournament participants unless the player
re-enters their contact information at time of event registration.
This means that if a player does not enter their phone and email
information each time they register for a tournament, the
tournament director cannot contact them for any reason, including
withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, etc. Your cooperation
will ensure that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary
information to you. Thank you. |

This event is restricted to the following Junior
players: U.S. Citizens Permanent Resident Aliens Diplomats,
Refugees and asylees Junior players residing in Puerto Rico, U.S.
Virgin Islands, Samoa or Guam and Canadian residents of British
Columbia. You may be asked for proof of status. Refer to USTA
Regulation III.A.2.a.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Friday, December 2, 2011 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
