BISZANTZ FAMILY TENNIS CENTER - CLAREMONT MCKENNA COLLEGE
The event will take place at the beautiful new Biszantz Family Tennis Center on the campus of Claremont McKenna College. The center is home to the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) men's & women's tennis teams and was host to the 2009 NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Championships. The 2011 NCAA Men's & Women's Division III Tennis Championships will also be played there in May. The facility was also named the 2009 American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) Outstanding Outdoor Tennis Facility award and received a USTA Outstanding Facility Award in 2010. The tennis center is located at 606 East 6th Street in Claremont. Directions are listed below:
- From the 10 Freeway: exit Indian Hill Boulevard in Claremont and turn north (towards the Claremont Village and Claremont Colleges). Proceed up Indian Hill Boulevard past the Claremont Village and turn right on 6th Street. You will pass the Pomona-Pitzer college courts on the right and stop at Mills. Go straight through Mills, the tennis center will be on your right.
- From the 210 Freeway: exit Baseline in Claremont and turn west. The next light will be Monte Vista and turn left. Proceed down Monte Vista, you will pass the Claremont Club on your right. Turn right on Claremont Boulevard. Take Claremont Boulevard past Foothill and turn right at 6th Street (light). The tennis center will be on your left side.
If you are coming from the Ontario Airport or the Sheraton Ontario Airport hotel, follow the directions from the 10 Freeway. Some 1st round qualifying matches on Saturday will be played at Upland Tennis Club. Some 1st round main draw matches on Monday will be played at The Claremont Club.

SHERATON ONTARIO AIRPORT
We are pleased to once again have the Sheraton Ontario Airport as the tournament host hotel. The Sheraton Ontario Airport is located at 429 N. Vineyard Avenue in Ontario. (909) 937-8000. The tournament host rate is $84 plus tax (includes American breakfast buffet). Deadline to be guaranteed this host rate is March 19th. If you would like to directly reserve, the link provided here is the best way of doing this. The hotel will provide transportation to/from the site on a shuttle sign-up system, along with transportation from the hotel to the Ontario Airport and vice versa. The Sheraton Ontario Airport is approximately 10 minutes from Biszantz Family Tennis Center. 10 MINUTE REST PERIOD
This tournament will be played under the regulations of the ITF junior circuit. One difference between ITF and USTA regulations is that the 18's divisions DO NOT have a 10 minute break between second and third sets in ITF events, unlike the 2011 USTA regulation. Players, please be aware of this rule difference.

MATCH FORMATS
As in all ITF junior circuit events:
- All singles matches will be the best of three (3) tie-break sets. Regular scoring will be used.
- All doubles matches will be the best of three (3) tie-break sets, with a Deciding Match Tie-Break (first to 10) played in lieu of a third set. No-ad scoring will be used for all ITF doubles matches.

ITF GRADE 4 & USTA LEVEL 3
The 2011 USTA ITF Claremont is an ITF Grade 4 event for ITF ranking purposes, along with a USTA Level 3 event for USTA national ranking purposes (main draw only. For Southern California section ranking purposes, this event is a SCTA Level 2A event (main draw only).

ITF JUNIOR CIRCUIT RULES & REGULATIONS
All rules and regulations of the ITF Junior Circuit, the Junior Circuit Code of Conduct, and the Rules of Tennis adopted by the ITF will be used at this event. Default will be declared for players not present 15 minutes after a match is called. All singles matches will be the best of 3 sets with 12-point tiebreakers at 6 games each in all sets. Proper tennis attire is required (such as collared shirt and tennis shorts or skirt) for all participants. No T-shirts, sweatshirts, or gym shorts will be allowed on the court. Doubles pairs are required to wear similar colors.
