DIRECTIONS TO HANES PARK Hanes Park (336-727-2137) (625 W End Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27101) Approaching Winston-Salem on Business I-40 from the East or the West, take Cloverdale Avenue exit off I-40. Turn left onto Cloverdale Avenue. Remain on Cloverdale to Hawthorne Rd. Turn left onto Hawthorne Rd. Go one block and bear right onto Glade St. Hanes Park will be on your left.

Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 23, 2011 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
