DRAWS POSTED
Draws were posted at 11;45 AM on April 26th. Seeding was doing using the official North Carolina rankings as of March 30, 2018 as per North Carolina regulations.

PLAYER CHECK-IN
All players are expected to check in at the tournament desk 30 minutes before their first match. For all matches after that, please check in at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

Start Time
Play will be on Saturday and Sunday only for this
tournament. Matches will begin at 8:00 on Saturday morning.
|
WITHDRAWALS
If a player needs to withdrawal from the tournament, you must email the tournament referee, Linda Sandusky, at lsandusky@bellsouth.net.

CHECK WEBSITE REGULARLY
Please check the website prior to your match time to be sure there have been no changes. In case of a weather delay, we will post the amount of the delay time immediately. Also, in case of a withdrawal of an opponent due to illness or injury, your match time will change.

COURT SURFACE
The following age divisions will play matches on hard court: Boys and girls 10's; Boys 14's; Boys 16's; and Boy' 18's. Clay courts: Boys and girls 12's; girls' 14's; and girls 16's. In the event of inclement weather, matches may be played on whichever courts are playable.

PLAYOFF MATCHES
All divisions will have a play off for 3rd and 4th place in the main draw. The following age divisions will play a final match in the consolations: boys and girls 10's and boys 16's. All other age divisions will play the consolation semi-finals and will NOT play a final match.

selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. The names of players who have been selected
will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament deadline when
selections are made. Contact us
immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

L5 Eligibility Information BG 12s-18s
Players will be selected based on the most recent
end of month's published NC standing list. Players cannot have standing in the
top 100 in their respective age division. The names of players who have
been selected will appear as “Competitors” after the tournament deadline when

AMENITIES
A lunch buffet will be provided for all tournament participants on Saturday from 11-2 pm. The buffet is also available to others for a nominal fee. Each participant will receive a t-shirt but you MUST include your shirt size when you register. Awards will be presented.

BOYS' AND GIRLS' 12's-18's SCORING
Main draw and consolation will play best 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. AD SCORING WILL BE USED IN ALL 12's-18' DIVISIONS. If you split sets, you are entitled to a 3 minute set break and ON-COURT coaching is allowed. The coach remains outside the fence. If you leave the court you will forfeit your time to receive coaching.

BOYS' AND GIRLS' 10'S ORANGE BALL DIVISIONS
For all North Carolina 10 and under, Level 1-5 tournament play, the required scoring format for singles shall be: AD SCORING with 1 hour break between matches. 1 best of 2 short sets (first to 4 and win by 2,) with a set tiebreak at 4-4 in each set (first to 7 and win by 2.) If the 2 short sets are split, a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2) is played in lieu of a third set. In case of inclement weather, singles play shall consist of: AD SCORING with 30 minutes between matches: 1 regular 6 game set with a set tiebreak (first to 7 point and win by 2) at 6-6.
