SCORING
Since the weather isn't going to be too hot this weekend, the 14's - 18's divisions will be playing a full third set in the main draw. The 12's will be a third set tiebreak for all matches as always. The 10's will play the standard scoring with two sets to 4 with a tiebreak at 4-4 then a 7 point tiebreak for the third set if necessary. No ad scoring for the 10's only. Doubles will be 8 game pro sets for 12's - 18's. For the 10's doubles, it will be a 6 game set with a tiebreak at 6-6. No ad for 10's only.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON START
We will begin play roughly around 5:00 pm on Friday afternoon. It will depend on the size of the draws on exactly when we will start. There will be no doubles on Friday night. We will start doubles on Saturday afternoon after singles play.

DOUBLES DEADLINE TO EXTEND TO WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 6:00 PM
The deadline for the tournament is Tuesday night, July 24 at 11;59 PM. If you know who your doubles partner is, please go ahead and sign up with your partner before the deadline. The doubles deadline will be extended however to Wedneday afternoon at 6:00 PM. This will give some people a little additional time to find a partner. If you find a partner after the normal deadline but before Wednesday at 6:00, please email chipstearns@hotmail.com with your partner and division. Thank you!

10U YOUTH TENNIS PROGRESSION
This tournament
is a 10 & Under Youth Tennis Progression event. 10U Green
will count toward the Youth Progression. For more information on the Youth Tennis

Chip Stearns is the tournament referee. The tournament site is
Burns Park Tennis Center. Tiebreak used in lieu of 3rd set in
consolation.
All 10's division matches will be two out of three sets with the
first to four games. Tiebreak at 4-4. 7 point tiebreak for the
third set. 10's will play regular no-ad scoring for this
tournament.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, July 24, 2018 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
