Draw Size
Each draw will be limited to 16 players with a Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ); with a 3/4 playoff match.

Start Time &
Play will be on 8:00 am Saturday and Sunday Singles (only) for this tournament. Doubles play could begin as early as 5pm on Friday afternoon. Singles play will not begin until Saturday and can go through to Sunday.

Selection Process & Player Eligibility
Players will be selected based on the most recent published
NC standing list. Effective 1/2018, Level 4 (NC L4) for age groups 14U-18U (L4
12U players must have established tournament standing):
Player must have one of the following:
-Some NC/other state standing
-A verifiable player record, i.e. JTT, High School, Middle School, other
district/sectional rank
The names of players who have been selected will appear as
"Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made.
Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

Tennis Parent Alert / Medical Release Form
No player will be allowed to compete in the tournament unless this form is filled out. Please turn in prior to first match.

In order to truly enjoy the sport of tennis, it is essential to display
good sportsmanship which includes abiding by the rules, playing fair,
and showing respect for your opponent. We expect that ALL players who
compete this weekend abide by guidelines set forth by "the code". Please

PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITY
* It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to know their next match time and show up in a timely manner * Check website OFTEN for updated match times. * ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED FOR LATENESS * All Players should report 30 minutes prior to EACH match through out the tournament.

Parent Education Video (Mandatory) Sportsmanship Guide Completion Requirements. All Parents/Guardians must watch the Sportsmanship Guide presentation and verify they have done so by submitting the certification form. A form submission must be completed for each junior player. After watching this presentation you will be forwarded to the form. If you have more than one junior player, after submitting the form you will be provided a link to bring you back to the form to submit for additional players. Watch the Sportsmanship Guide presentation. You will be forwarded to the form after you have watched the presentation. Search the database by USTA Number Search by the player's USTA Membership number to see if we have a record of the parent/guardian having completed the Sportsmanship Guide. Player preventive body maintenance / tennis essentials
Please make sure that you hydrate your body days before playing your matches. Please drink plenty of water, make sure you have water, towel and a chair. We will make every effort to keep water and ice available and to provide chairs, but alternate sites may be limited at times.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 22, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
