Scoring format for Sunday will be regular sets with no-ad scoring. We will play one round of doubles before singles and then conclude doubles after singles play.

There will be no refunds after the deadline. No exceptions!

Format
Singles Draws will be limited to 16 players. All singles matches will play 2 out of 3 sets with a match tiebreaker in lieu of a third set. Singles will not start before 8:00 am Saturday. All doubles draws will be limited to 8 with Single Elimination. All doubles matches will be play 8 game pro set. Doubles will not start before 5:00 pm on Friday. In the event of the inclement weather, match format and scoring are subject to change.
Please note that there will be a Third/Fourth Playoff in all Singles Draws. Also, per the rules the final round of the Singles Consolation will not be played.

Boys/Girls 10U
The 10's division for this tournament will play on a regular court using GREEN compression balls. Please note that this event is a Green Level 1 event for 10U in the new Youth Progression Pathway.Matches are best of three 4 game sets (TB at 4-all), Ad Scoring with a 7 point tiebreak instead of a third set.

12U Division
New for 2015 (effective March 1), players will not be allowed to compete
in a North Carolina Level 3 tournament in the 12U division unless they
have accumulated at least 300 ranking points in North Carolina at the
time selections are made. The North Carolina Junior Tournament
Committee put this rule in place to be sure that players are developing
properly in the correct pathway (from 10U Orange). All North Carolina
state L4s and L5s use green ball in the 12s, so the player has to earn
their way into a North Carolina L3 in 12U yellow ball.

Tournament Check In
Check in will begin at 4:00 at North Hills club on Friday and at 7:30 on Saturday. All Players must check in at North Hills first to turn in there medical release and their shirt. That will not be done at the other sites. Please leave yourself plenty of time to get to your playing site. By rule the finals match of the consolation will not be played.

Check In/Please Read
You may bring your medical release directly to the site to check in for your match Friday or Saturday. The sites will have some, but please try to bring one with you. All Tournament Shirts will need to be picked up at North Hills during the event. Please note that we are on a tight schedule Friday night with Doubles. Please be on time and ready to play.

Lunch: Saturday 11:30-2:00 at North Hills Club
Players eat free and parents and guests may purchase a ticket for $5.00. Tickets may be picked up at the Pro Shop Desk at North Hills beginning at 11:15. Lunch will only be at North Hills Club.

Trophies/Awards
We will be giving out awards for the winner and finalist in all the Singles Draws. We will also be giving out awards to the winners only in Doubles.

Doubles Registration
Both players must register online before the deadline. If only one player registers, it will be considered an incomplete team and the team will not be accepted.
There is no Doubles Only Fee!

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
