LATE ENTRIES
We will be accepting late entries for the tournament through Monday. You may enter late as long as you do not effect seeding. There will also be a $10 late fee added to your entry fee. Please email all late entries to keithchildree@hotmail.com. Your email should include name, age group, USTA number and shirt size.

THERE ARE NO DOUBLES FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. ADMIN ERROR.
The state of Georgia does not allow doubles in a level 3 unless the tournament is in June or July. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Welcome!
This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 3 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. In the
future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament

searchable schedule homepage. T-shirts
will be provided.
We will be having
a drawing for a new racquet. The winner of the draw will get to select the
racquet they want!!! T-shirts to each participant. Trophies to main draw
finalists and consolation winners. Lunch will be provided for players on
Saturday.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth Progression will
play on a full court with green dot balls.
Youth Progression
(for children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,
please email Eva Marie McCravy (mccravy@ustageorgia.com) or Susan Pierce(pierce@ustageorgia.com) to activate their USTA number in the Youth
Progression program. For more information about Youth Progression, visit our

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
Consolation
Singles - FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some
consolations may not finish. Doubles: Single
Elimination. Scoring format for BG12-18 - Singles: Main Draw & Consolation
- 2 sets with 3rd set match tie-break. Doubles: 8-game pro-sets.
BG10 Singles will
be 2 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set
and no-ad scoring. BG10 Doubles is a no-ad scoring, 6-game pro-set.
