Welcome!
This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed
online. In the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible
for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with
green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or
new to Youth
Progression will play on a 60’ court
with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression
(for children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,
please email Eva Marie McCravy (mccravy@ustageorgia.com) or Susan Pierce (pierce@ustageorgia.com)
to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
There is a 16
draw limit for all age groups. FIC through Quarterfinals. Some consolations
matches may not finish. Scoring format: BG12-18: 2 out of 3 sets regular
scoring (Main Draw) 2 out of 3 sets with 3rd set match tie-break (Consolation
Draw). BG10: 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break
for the 3rd set (both Main and Consolation draws).
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy: If a player withdraws after the draws have been posted there will be no refund. In the case of inclement weather not allowing the tournament to be played refunds will be issued.

SWGA Grand Prix tournament
Participants
in this tournament will receive points to qualify for the South Ga/North Fl
Grand Prix top 8 tournament on November 17th
in Albany Ga. Points may be earned from junior USTA tournaments in Albany,
Bainbridge, Thomasville and Valdosta. For more information please visit the
