Last Minute Reminders: - Go to "DRAWS" and choose your age division to see your match time. - Check in 45min prior to your first match to receive your official tournament Tshirt and submit the medical release form. (scroll down for form's direct link) - Check your times and check in 30min prior to each scheduled match - Start hydrating 2 hours prior to your match! - Consolation: Keep in mind, some draws have second match looser consolation (if you win, and then if you lose - you can still go to consolation). Check the tournament desk for more information.

Please follow our security guard's instructions regarding parking your vehicle.
Oakbourne Country Club is a facility with wonderful history and great family traditions. Please, be respectful of our staff, our members, our guests and our equipment.

FORMAT OF PLAY
All Singles
draws (12-18) will play the best two out of three tie-break sets with a 10 point tie-break in lieu of the third set.
The
required scoring format, for 10's singles matches, shall be the best of two
short sets (first to four (4) and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first to
seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to
seven (7) and win by two) in lieu of the third set.
*Short
scoring may be used in the Main Draw to catch up after weather delays.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
USTA
requires a medical release SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player.
This form must be presented at the time of the tournament registration. Please
download and bring this completed form with you, to speed up the registration
process. Players are not allowed on court without this signed release .

POINTS PER ROUND

10 & UNDER YPP
All 10
& Under Players that are wanting to play in a different division than your
rankings allow, you will need to send an email stating what level you are
wanting to enter. If you are a Louisiana player please send an email to Megan
Preusch at ltajrtennis@louisianatennis.com requesting to appeal by Monday
morning. If you are with another state please contact your local Junior
Director.
10u Court, Racquet, and Balls
Boys and
Girls 10s Green Level 1 will play on the 78 foot court using Green Low
Compression Balls. The racquet size is up to 29".
Boys and
Girls 10s Orange Level 1 and 2 will play on the 60 foot court using Orange Low
Compression balls. The racquet size is up to 25”.
The
required scoring format for 10s singles matches, shall be the best of two short

(first to seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, July 16, 2018 5:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
