Player Responsibility
It is the Player's responsibility to locate your match SITE and TIME, located on the draws and report directly to your sites Tournament Desk 30 minutes prior to ALL match times. Be prepared to play early if courts are available. Report the scores WITH your opponent. WINNER should return the ball to the desk. Get your "next match time" directly from the tournament desk.

Refunds/Withdrawals
No refunds will be given after the tournament registration deadline. If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on edit registration, then withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number.

Selection Process
Players will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. Effective 1/2018, Level 4 (NC L4) for age groups 14U-18U (L4 12U players must have established tournament standing): Player must have one of the following: -Some NC/other state standing -A verifiable player record, i.e. JTT, High School, Middle School, other district/sectional rank The names of players who have been selected will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made. **Players may report directly to
the site you are playing. See below for site abbreviations and addresses as
we will be using two sites for this event. Players playing at Pullen Park -
parking is tricky at Pullen Park as the park will be very busy Saturday.
Players are still responsible for arriving on time for their match. Please
allow plenty of time for parking. Having trouble finding a parking space is
not an excuse to arrive late for your match. The park dead ends into the
tennis courts. Parents you may be able to drop your kids off at the dead end
and then proceed to find a parking spot.

L5 Eligibility Information BG 12s-18s
Players

the top 100 in their respective age division. The
