Draws have been posted
Draws have been posted for all events. All matches will be played at either Pullen Park or Biltmore Hills Park. Some divisions will play matches at multiple sites. PLAYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING WHEN AND WHERE EACH OF THEIR MATCHES IS BEING PLAYED. USTA PENALTIES FOR LATENESS WILL APPLY. Draws are subject to change and it is the player's responsibility to check their first match times as well as their later round match times.

We will be using two sites for this event. Biltmore Hills Park and Pullen Park. Abbreviations on the draws: BILT = Biltmore Hills Park, 2615 Fitzgerald Dr, Raleigh, NC & PULL = Pullen Park, 520 Ashe Ave, Raleigh, NC. Players may check in for their first match directly at the site they are scheduled to play at least 30 min prior to their scheduled match time. To expedite check in, please come prepared with the mandatory USTA Medical Release form completed and signed by parent/guardian.

PARKING
Parents, parking might be an issue at Pullen Park so please plan to arrive at least 30 mins early. HAVING TROUBLE FINDING PARKING IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO BE LATE. If you are experiencing trouble finding parking you may drop your player off at the dead end circle then find parking afterwards.

Daylight saving starts Sunday. Please be sure you make the proper adjustment.

Scoring formats
Format will be a feed in consolation through the quarters with 3/4 playoff. Consolation finals will not be played out, unless there are 6-8 players in the draw; then the consolation final will be played. Draws with 3-5 players will play round robin. Best 2 of 3 sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set will played for all boys and girls 12-18s. Boys and girls 10s will play best 2 of 3 short sets (to 4, win by 2) with a set tiebreak (first to seven, win by 2) at 4-4 in each set and a 7 point match tiebreak in lieu of third set.

Draw Size
Each draw will be limited to 16 players with a Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ); with a 3/4 playoff match.

Start Time
Play will be on Saturday and Sunday only for this tournament.

Selection Process
Players will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. Players must have some standing points in order to be considered to compete in a NC L4 tournament. If players do not have a standing, they should compete in a NC L5 event. The names of players who have been selected will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made. Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

IMPORTANT - READ FULLY
You are responsible for all the information on this page. You should review all of it thoroughly. The draws are tentative and may change due to weather, withdrawals, defaults, administrative error, etc. You will not be contacted due to changes. You should review the draws often particularly before leaving for a match to be sure nothing has changed. It is important that matches stay on schedule. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time for travel. The tournament phone number is my mobile phone. I cannot accept calls during the tournament to provide directions etc. Other tournament related calls are acceptable. You may also use text or email. The site will be updated regularly throughout the event. If you have access to a mobile device you can use that to check draws and see results. All times have been posted. If you have questions please use email if possible.

Withdrawals and Refunds
There are no refunds for players who withdraw after the selection process.

Definition of Dependent Draws
Dependent Draws: for Level 4 Tournaments that are not near a
Level 5 Tournament, and at facilities that have the court, With prior approval of NCTA
office. The top 16 players with standing
points will be selected into Level 4 draw, 17+ (not in top 100) will be placed
in a “dependent draw”, Level 5, also up to 16 players in standing order for
seeding. Players will earn standing points
for the event level they play

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
