Girls 14 - Round 4 and Round 5 Match Times Have Been Rescheduled
Due to the weather forecast for Sunday predicting 100% chance of rain, the Girls 14 draw match times for Round 4 and 5 have been changed. Round 4 would be played today, Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Round 5 has been rescheduled for Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

Boys 10 and Boys 14 - Playoff and Final Rounds - Reschedule for Today
Due to the weather forecast for Sunday predicting an 100% rain. The Boys 10 and Boys 14 playoffs and final rounds have been rescheduled for today. All draws and match schedules are now posted. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your match times. All players should be ready to go on the tennis court when they check-in. This means they have their racket and other items and have gone to the restroom before coming to the tournament desk. Remember to bring your medical release form. This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under
that are eligible
for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with
green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or new to Youth Progression will
play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression

If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 10:00 a.m. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament web page for the players’ draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
All players will be
placed in two matches with the FIC Quarter Finals consolation match format.
Main draw and consolation match scoring for BG12-18 is 2 sets with a 3rd set
match tiebreak. FIC through Quarterfinals, 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some
consolations matches may not finish. There is a 16 draw limit for all age
groups.
Players placing 1st in the main draw will receive a trophy-t-shirt.
Players placing 2nd and 3rd in the main draw and consolation winners
will receive a trophy. No other promotional items will be distributed.
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy
If this tournament is
canceled due to weather conditions, players will receive a credit towards
future Triumph-N-Tennis tournaments as follows: No match played - 100%
registration fee credit to future tournament, 1 match played - No refund. Note:
USTA service charge is non-refundable.

Players placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the main draw and
consolation winner will receive a trophy. No other promotional

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
