BOYS AND GIRLS 10 DIVISIONS
ALL BOYS AND GIRLS 10'S WILL BE PLAYED INDOORS IN THE SPORTSCLUB BUBBLE FACILITY. MATCHES WILL START SATURDAY AND END ON SATURDAY.

SCORING FORMAT - 10 & UNDER SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT PLAY
For Boys and Girls 10 and under, the required scoring format for singles shall be the best of two
short sets (first to four and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at
4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) for the third.
They will play on a court size of 60 feet with orange low compression balls for Orange Level 1
and 78 feet court with green dot low compression balls for Green Level 1. They should be using
up to 25" junior racquets for Orange play and up to 29” for Green play.
They must be able to serve out of the air. All Matches will be using a "No Add" Scoring method

PLAYERS ASSIGNED TO THORNBLADE GO DIRECTLY TO THORNBLADE
PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO ARRIVE ON TIME AT THE SATELLITE SITES. THERE WILL BE NO ALLOWANCES GIVEN FOR ARRIVING LATE.

BAGELS AND FRUIT WILL BE AVAILABLE BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNING. PIZZA INN WILL BE SERVING LUNCH ON SATURDAY AT NOON FOR ALL PLAYERS. SOFT DRINKS AND POWERADE WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE TOURNAMENT

TOURNAMENT START
THE TOURNAMENT WILL START ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH SOME MATCHES SCHEDULED AS EARLY AS 4:30pm. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PLAY ANYTIME FRIDAY AFTERNOON FROM 4:30 AND LATER. PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR MATCH TIME AT LEAST 20 MINUTES EARLY TO CHECK IN.

DRAW FORMAT
ALL SINGLES DRAWS WILL USE A FIRST MATCH LOSERS CONSOLATION WHICH WILL GUARANTEE EACH PLAYER AT A MINIMUM OF 2 MATCHES. ALL DOUBLES DRAWS WILL USE A SINGLES ELIMINATION FORMAT AND WILL USE AN 8-GAME PRO SET AS THE SCORING METHOD. IF THE SCORE REACHES 8-8 A 7 POINT TIE BREAK WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE WINNER

DOUBLES
Obtain your doubles partner's USTA# and sign up online before entries close. You may signup without a partner and we will randomly pair you with another player seeking a partner if one is available. For planning purposes we cannot accept late entries into doubles.

10 & UNDER PROGRESSION PATHWAY
Please be aware this tournament is a 10U Youth Tennis Progression event. This means in order to play in the 10U division offered you must be in the corresponding level. If you are not able to register for 10U singles that means you are not eligible for that level of 10U. To find out more information call (803) 781-2574.

BOYS AND GIRLS 10'S DIVISIONS
Green and Orange will be offered in the 10 & U divisions. Green divisions will be played on a full size court using a low compression green ball. Orange divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to 25" or smaller for orange ball division. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format for both orange ball and green ball is as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO ADD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2) 7 point tiebreak at 4-4. 7 point tiebreak for 3rd set (win by 2). Doubles will be a 6 game pro set.

WARM UP
Match warm ups will be limited to 5 minutes. Warm up courts will not be available at Sportsclub once matches begin.
