Saturday Noon Tournament Update
All times are now posted for Sunday. Please check your time carefully because many times have changed. Also, it is very important for you to check your times again on Sunday morning before you leave for the tournament in case we have further changes.
All play on Sunday will be on hard courts. Players should report directly to their site for check-in. The boys' 10's and 16's divisions will play on hard courts at New Bern Country Club. The boys' 12's and 14's will play on hard courts at Epiphany School (girls' 14's consolation final will also be played at Epiphany School). The girls' 12's, 14's, and 16's will play at New Bern High School on hard courts.
All players are also encouraged to check this tournament site on Sunday for any weather updates. We hope the rain will end in time Saturday night for the courts to be dry on Sunday morning, but if that is not the case, we will post updates on this site early Sunday morning.

Match Times on Sunday
All match times after the first match for each player on Sunday are tentative. Players must be prepared to play the next round one hour after the previous round is completed.

Scoring Format for Sunday
All Sunday matches in 12's, 14's, and 16's will be best two out of three sets with a match tiebreak (to 10) with regular ad scoring. All Sunday 10's matches will be short sets with regular ad scoring.

All play for Saturday has been rained out. We will update information for Sunday as soon as possible. Starting times will probably change, so please check your new times before coming on Sunday. We will have the new information available by noon on Saturday. Please stay tuned to this tournament page for the very latest weather updates. We encourage all players and parents to check this page for heading to the tournament site on Sunday.

Draw Size
Each draw will be limited to 16 players with an Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ).

Play will be on Saturday and Sunday only for this tournament.

Selection Process
Players will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. Players must have some standing points in order to be considered to compete in a NC L4 tournament. If players do not have a standing, they should compete in a NC L5 event. The names of players who have been selected will appear as “Competitors.”

Subscribe to Tournament communication; players must "opt in". NEW FEATURE
Tennis Link (Tournament Directors) are now able to send emails and/or texts straight to you! You must "opt in" during registration in the Event Communications area. You may also do so on your "My Tennis Page" after event registration. FYI, communication is limited to 30 days after the close of the event and to only the players who have opted in.

Player Responsibility
It is the Player's responsibility to locate your match SITE and TIME, located on the draws and report directly to your sites Tournament Desk 30 minutes prior to ALL match times. Be prepared to play early if courts are available. Report the scores WITH your opponent. WINNER should return the ball to the desk. Get your "next match time" directly from the tournament desk.

Refunds/Withdrawals
No refunds will be given after the tournament registration deadline. If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on edit registration, then withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number.

Withdrawals
If
you need to withdraw before "Entries Close," you must do so online.
Click on "Edit Registration," the "Withdraw." You will need
your original confirmation number.All withdrawals after "Entries
Close" must be sent BOTH in writing via email (to the Tournament
Director's address above) AND by phone to the tournament site.
Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline will not be refunded the
entry fee.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, March 14, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
