Tournament Start Time Information
The earliest a match would be played is Friday 6:00 pm (Doubles Only), Saturday 8:00 am and Sunday 8:00am. The only circumstances that would not allow this would be inclement weather, low participants in that age group, or the referee not having enough time to get all of the matches completed. The draw schedule will be posted by Wednesday, July 26, 2017 by midnight. This is determined by the number of participants we have registered. Players please govern yourself accordingly, if you have schedule conflicts before entering this tournament. Main site at East Chapel Hill High School will be open at 4 pm to check-in, so that you may pick up your t-shirt before play. Players may report directly to your scheduled sites and pick up t-shirt at main site after first match, if you choose. Please bring medical release.

Selection Process
Players will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. Players
must have some standing points in order to be considered to compete in a
NC L4 tournament. If players do not have a standing, they should
compete in a NC L5 event. The names of players who have been selected will appear as “Competitors.”
after the tournament deadline when selections are made. Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.
|
Seeding & Selections
Seeding and Selections will be determined using the current NC Standings at the time (typically within 24 hours of the tournament deadline). NCTA guidelines do not allow postponing selections until the next Standings lists are released. Tournament deadlines are staggered based on the tournament tier to allow players the opportunity to register for lower tiered events if they are not selected. If you do not meet the requirements of a particular event by the tournament deadline do not expect to be selected. If you are playing up or are an out-of-state player you must request consideration for seeding via email.
