Biltmore Hills Park at 2615 Fitzgerald Dr in Raleigh and Worthdale Park at 1001 Cooper Rd in Raleigh. Players may report directly to the site you are scheduled to play. Abbreviations on the draws are as follows: **Biltmore Hills Park = BHP. **Worthdale Park = WP.

Tennis Parent Alert/Medical Release Form
No player will be allowed to compete in the tournament unless this form is filled out. Please turn in prior to first match.

Player Responsibility
It is the Player's responsibility to locate your match SITE and TIME, located on the draws and report directly to your sites Tournament Desk 30 minutes prior to ALL match times. Be prepared to play early if courts are available. Report the scores WITH your opponent. WINNER should return the ball to the desk. Get your "next match time" directly from the tournament desk.

Refunds/Withdrawals
No refunds will be given after the tournament registration deadline. If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on edit registration, then withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number.

L5 Eligibility Information BG 12s-18s
Players
will be selected based on the most recent end of month's published NC standing
list. Players cannot have standing in
the top 100 in their respective age division. The
names of players who have been selected will appear as “Competitors” after the
tournament deadline when selections are made.
