SPORTSMANSHIP RECOGNITION
We’d like to thank everyone for coming out to this year’s tournament. Your participation is what makes it such a great success. We’d like to take a moment to recognize those players who were nominated by you, their peers, for showing a high level of Sportsmanship throughout the tournament. These players exemplify the values of this tournament, this venue and the United States Tennis Association. The players recognized for good sportsmanship are:

Sunday's Finals Are Cancelled
With the courts currently being soaked, and the rain clouds constantly staying over us, we are canceling the Sunday's Finals.

Please Bring the MEDICAL RELEASE FORM!
The USTA Southern Section and
the Louisiana Tennis Association requires a signed release covering all
entrants in USTA Southern Section events. The release must be signed by the
entrant and parent or guardian of any entrant who is a minor.

Parents and Coaches
Only players and referees are allowed on courts. Parents and coaches, please use our sitting areas. You're also welcome to use your portable chairs, and watch it from outside of the fence.

Scoring
10&Under Divisions: 2 sets, each set to 4. Tiebreaker at 4-4. No Add Scoring (Score examples: 4-2, 4-2) 12,14,16,18&Under Singles: Regular two set scoring. 6 games per set. Third set 10-Point Tiebreaker. 12,14,16,18&Under Doubles: 8 game pro set. *All scoring formats may be modified if weather does not cooperate.

Match Check in:
All players are required to check in 30minutes before the match time. USTA rules will apply to players who don't show up on time.

Rules for all 10&Under Divisions
The 10U divisions will be Green Level 1 and Orange level 2
& 1 within the new Youth Progression system parameters. Green level 10's
will play on the 78 foot court using Green Low Compression Balls and up
to 29" racquet.
Orange 1 & 2 levels will play on a 60' court with orange balls.
The required scoring format for all 10's singles matches, shall be the best of
two short sets - Ad Scoring (first to four (4) and win by two), with a
set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set
tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) in lieu of the third set.
NO COACHING ALLOWED
FOR 10’S DIVISIONS BECAUSE OF SHORT SETS & 7-PT MATCH TIEBREAK.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 16, 2017 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
