Check Website: Before leaving for the tournament, there might be last minute emergency changes for the event due to weather conditions, matches will be move the following day. Lateness: For a match: a) 0-5 minutes = 1 game + loss of toss b) 5-10 minutes = 2 games + loss of toss c) 10-15 minutes = 3 games + loss of toss d) in excess of 15 minutes = default. The lateness clock starts when a court is available. Withdrawals: Can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left hand corner of the page. Refunds: Mail in your entries for a full refund in case of event cancellation/s. No refunds will be given after on-line registration closes. Contact Information: Supplied during online registration (an email and 2 phone numbers) is vital. This is how the organizers can contact you if necessary. An Outdoor Event: Your scheduled start time will be available on the "Draw" once it is posted Thursday at the website. Please consult the local news in case of questionable weather conditions that may affect match delays. In case of necessary cancellation, we continue the next day or week nights with 6:30pm starts after Sunday to complete the event, souvenir t-shirt orders at $10 each and the design is available by email.
Concurrent Tournaments are not allowed on Juniors! Be very careful when registering! No player may register for more than one Eastern sanctioned tennis tournament where the scheduled dates overlap unless the officially announced tournament starting dates are at least three days apart. Players in violation of this rule will be defaulted from all of the tournaments entered, will be subject to two (2) default suspension points, and will not get a refund of player entry fees. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game will be factors which could prevent endorsement selection. E-mail me if you have any concerns/questions regarding the
format of this event and I will send you information as soon as
possible. Uncompleted matches during the weekend due to rain delays
will continue on weeknights starting after 6pm until completed. A
Super 10 point tie-breaker will be played in lieu of a 3rd set with
a maximum of 3 matches will be played in 1 day, if really necessary
to complete this event by Sunday. Doubles will start Saturday and
finish Sunday using an 8 Game Pro-Set format. Winners of all rounds
are entitled to a maximum rest period before starting their next
match unless otherwise requested. Entry costs for Singles and
Doubles includes a convenience processing fee for online
registration. Time schedules are set but subject to change by the
