East Ridge has a great viewing area for all matches. Lunch/concessions will be available in the shaded pavilion nearby with picnic tables on Monday July 30th.

Seeding
The Computerized List Method will be used for seeding (FAC Comment II.A-4), based on the current standings/ranking list. Players must have 199 pts or less in the current age group they wish to play in to qualify.

Check-in
Depending on the size of the draw, some matches will also need to take place at Park HS - a short distance away. Regardless, please check in at East Ridge first at least 20 minutes before your scheduled match time and come back for lunch!

Directions
DIRECTIONS TO EAST RIDGE HS: Located at 4200 Pioneer Drive in Woodbury, Minnesota. Access to the school is available off of Bailey Road (County Road 18) or Radio Drive (County Road 13).
DIRECTIONS TO PARK HS: 8040 80th St South, Cottage Grove, MN 55016. Leaving ERHS, take a left on Bailey Road at stoplights. Left turn on Radio Drive (round-about) heading south. Radio turns into Hinton Ave. Take a left on 80th Street. Park HS is on your left (may need to do a U-turn to access driveway).

Format
All singles matches will play 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point tie breaker for the 3rd set. Doubles will be an 8 game pro set. Trophies will be awarded to first and second place in the main draw and to the consolation winners. All players are guaranteed 2 matches.

All matches will be played on Monday, July 30.

Rain Delay Plan
Please reserve August 2 and 3 (Thurs and Fri) for possible matches in case of a rain delay Mon-Wed. We will keep you updated on any re-scheduled matches via TennisLink. During the tournament please call my cell phone number with questions.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, July 24, 2012 9:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
