Every entrant that signed up for the tournament will be in the draw. We are currently experiencing technical problems with our TDM program. An official competitors list will be updated and posted as soon as the problem is resolved. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience.

Doubles
PLEASE ENTER DOUBLES ON LINE AS THE DRAWS WILL BE MADE PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT TO FACILITATE THE BEST SCHEDULING - All entrants must enter with a partner from the age group that you are competing in singles. You must enter with a partner.

Tournament Format
The 2012 Tournaments will be a 32 draw and include a First Match Losers Consolation Tournament.

Telephone number and Email requirements
The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer provides the contact information during the registration process. Previously the home phone number and email address were pre-filled from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you don't provide an email address and/or telephone number when you register for this tournament then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

Scoring
There will be a 3rd place match in the singles only. All singles matches through the quarter finals will consist of two out of three no-add tiebreak sets (with a set tiebreak at six games all). Two out of three sets with advantage scoring will be used for all singles matches in the semifinals and finals. All Doubles matches will be 2 out of 3 no-ad sets.

USTA/MIDWEST section domicle rules
The USTA/Midwest Section Closed Junior Championships, the district qualifiers, the USTA/Midwest Section Designated Tournaments, USTA/MIDWEST Indoor Fall Closed/Indoor Opens and USTA/Midwest Section Junior Davis & Wightman Cup events are open to citizens of the U.S. permanent resident aliens in possession of a valid alien registration card, individuals who are applicants for adjustment to lawful permanent resident status and who can present a USCIS receipt for a pending unadjudicated form I-485, aliens who have resided continuously in the US for more than one year and who are members of families of persons in the diplomatic or consular corps and aliens who have been granted Refugee Status, Asylee Status or Temporary Protected Status.

2012 USTA/MIDWEST seeding and selection criteria
All USTA/Midwest Sectional and Designated Tournaments will adhere to the following Seeding and Selection Criteria as set by the USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee. Players will be selected based on the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List at the time of the tournament entry deadline. Players will be selected by the following 1. Four (4) players from the top 50 of the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in next lower division. 2. 28 players from the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the current age division of the event. Remaining vacancies and/or alternates will be selected from the USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the division of the event. Seeding will be done based on the USTA/Midwest Section Standing List the following week. The second list will only be used for Seeding. The alternates will not be re-numbered with this new list.

Order of play
Play may begin as early as 2 p.m. and all main draw 1st round matches will be played on Friday. Play will begin at 8 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Doubles may begin Friday evening.

Start times
First match starting times may be found by clicking on the words "Future Match Info Report" above after 6 p.m on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes before your starting time. Please allow for traffic when scheduling your time to get to the clubs.

Player Selections and Alternates
Player Selection (Competitors/Players By Event) and Numbered Alternate Listing will be posted on this tournament page by 6pm on the Monday following the tournament entry deadline. The alternate list will be posted in numerical order at the top above the level of the tournament.

Practice Courts
You may begin to book practice courts at a rate of $20/hr at the following timesONLY: Friday February 10, 2012 anytime before 2:00pm, Saturday, February 11, 2012 between 7-8AM, and Sunday, February 12,2012 between 7-8AM. Because of the volume of players you may only book 1/2 hour increments on Friday and Saturday (2/10 & 2/11). Call the club to make a reservation(262)-786-0880 nd indicate you re in the Wisconsin Jr. Indoor Tennis Tournament. A credit card number must accompany your court reservation.

Notes
IMPORTANT!!! The USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee has adopted a new Suspension Point System. All players will be given 5 suspension points for entering two or more tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved approves the multiple entries in writing.
