From the Champions Club... Turn left out of Rivermont Park. Turn left on Hixson Pike. Continue on Hixson Pike. Once you pass over the Veterans Bridge, Hixson Pike turns into Georgia Ave. Turn left on Vine St. Turn left on Houston St. The UTC Indoor facility will be on your right, next to Mckenzie Arena.

Tournament Site
Weather permitting, all matches will be played at the Champions Club. The address for the Champions Club is 3400 Lupton Dr, Lupton City, TN. ***THE ADDRESS TO THE CHAMPIONS CLUB IS NOT IN SOME GPS UNITS AND WILL ONLY BRING YOU TO THE MOBIL STATION ON HIXSON PIKE*** Please allow enough time to find the site if you are unsure where it is.

Doubles Teams
When entering the tournament with a doubles partner, BOTH players must indicate they wish to play doubles and who their doubles partner is. If this does not happen, it is possible that the players will be automatically matched with someone else at random.

Medical Release Forms
Please bring a completed copy of the USTA Medical Release Form when you check in before your first match. This will help expedite check in. Please see the note below for more information on the Medical Release Form.

Courts at Rivermont
The tennis courts at Rivermont (nearby the Champions Club) will be used for the tournament and will not be available for warm up in the mornings. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

All players MUST have their birth certificates on file with the Southern Tennis Association. Please see the announcement below for further information. Match Formats
All singles matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point match tie break in lieu of a third set. All doubles matches will be an 8-game pro set.

Birth Certificates
Players must have a copy of their birth certificate or green card on file with the STA in order to compete in this event. To check if you have a birth certificate or green card on file, please visit the following website.

Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, May 25, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
