Players can check in for the tournament at Three Oaks R.C. You can check in for your match at your playing site. For those driving from far away, you can check in for the tournament after your first match.

The tournament will be played in two sites. Three Oaks Racquet Club - in the draw its being shown as TO Jonesboro Country Club - JCCIN for indoor and JCC for outdoors Jonesboro Country Club - 1408 E. Nettleton Ave Three Oaks Racquet Club - 1916 Race Street

Event Limit 1 singles/1 doubles. Online registration only! Match times will be posted on Thursday after 1pm. Feed-in consolation for singles, single elimination for doubles. T-shirts for all players, please specify size online!. Player party Saturday night. entry fee covers singles and doubles. Awards 1st-5th for singles and 1st & 2nd in doubles.

Please call Comfort Suites at 1-870-336-2280 if you are going to need a hotel, and ask for the tennis rate of $80.00 for a King Suite or a Double Queen Suite. They have 50 spacious guest suites, each with it own microwave and mini fridge. They have a free hot breakfast each morning, and also an indoor swimming pool.

All 10-under draws will be using 60 ft courts with low compression balls and 25" racquets. Juniors will play 2 out of 3 sets to four games (win by two with 7-point tiebreak at 4-4) using regular scoring. If they split sets they will get a 3-minute break during which they cannot leave the court, but can be talked to by a parent or coach. After the 3-minute break, a 7-point tiebreak will be played in lieu of a 3rd set.

Juniors in these divisions will be playing two out of three sets using regular scoring. If they split sets they will get a 10-minute break before starting the full third set. Matches in the consolation draws will get a 3-minute break during which they can be coached, and then will start a 10 point match tiebreak in leau of the 3rd set.

If you are signed up for doubles but do not have a partner, I will pair you with whoever also does not have a partner. Doubles will be 8-game prosets with a tiebreak at 8-8, and the draws will be singles elimination.
