Teams
This is a Team Format event and we will have a coach assigned to each team. Check in is at 8:15am on Saturday December 8th and play should be finished on Sunday by 1PM. The format will allow each player to play Singles, Doubles and/or Mixed Doubles for each team match, with a total of 3 Team Matches. It is a great weekend event and is an Alabama Level 1 and a Southern Level 4. We will be playing on the Auburn University Varsity Outdoor and Indoor Courts!This is the offical tournament site. Registration will take place at the registration site only. All selections after the deadline and all results will be posted to this site. . We will select 12 boy's and 12 Girl's ages 10 and under. It will be a team format with coaching allowed by the team coach only at change overs!

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
A signed medical release form is required prior to playing in the tournament. Parent or a guardian must sign the medical release form.Your child will not be able to be treated by our trainer without a medical release form.

CHECK-IN
Check in will be at the Yarbrough Indoor Courts at 8:00 a.m.for a general meeting for players and coaches. Players and coaches will warm-up and get to know their teammates while PARENTS will meet with William Fain to inform them of rules and etiquette of this event and what to look for in years to come.Then match play will begin afterwards.

SCORING
Singles will be 2 out 3 sets to 4 games with a regular tiebreak for the third set. 6 game pro set for doubles.Weather permitting , play will be on Yarbrough Varsity hard courts for singles on Saturday and doubles on the Yarbrough Varsity Indoor on Sunday. We will adjust scoring and courts if needed for weather. Each child will be playing a minimum of 3 singles matches and 3 doubles.

POINT PENALTY SYSTEM
Point penalty system is in effect for all match play.Coaches will enforce the point penalty system.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 26, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
