WITHDRAWALS: If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online (follow the directions listed at the bottom of this message). All withdrawals after entries close must also be sent in writing by E-Mail to the Tournament Referee (19nita47@gmail.com). You must include the reason for the withdrawal, players name, players age division and USTA #. We also would like for you to include phone contact information just in case we need to call you. Please notify us immediately upon your decision to withdraw so another player will have an opportunity to be selected to play. Players withdrawing not more than 6 days before the tournament start date will NOT be refunded the entry fee as regulated by Friend At Court - National USTA Regulations.

GEORGIA LEVEL 2 TOURNAMENT AND SOUTHERN LEVEL 4 TOURNAMENT. Boys/Girls 10s MUST play all matches on a 60' court with a 25 " racket and use low compression balls. SIGN UP FOR DOUBLES ONLINE - Doubles play will start the first day of the tournament. Singles draw limited to 32 for BG 10-14. Doubles draw limited to 16 for BG 10-14. CONSOLATION - FIC Singles & 3/4 Playoffs. JR. SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM IN EFFECT. Scoring format - Singles: Main draw - Regular scoring (2 out of 3 sets), BG10s and Consolation - 2 out of 3 sets with 3rd set match tie-break. Doubles: 8-game pro-sets with a match tie-break at 8-all. Online registration ONLY at www.ustageorgia.com. STATE CHAMPIONSHIP - This is a State Championship tournament.

B/G 10's will play on both surfaces - hard and clay.

Seeds will be determined using the latest STA standings list.

Because this is a Level 4 STA Event the following Selection Process is being used: Top 32 players applying from the USTA/Southern latest standings list. For Boys and Girls 12-14: 28 players from this age group will be selected and up to 4 players from the younger age group who are eligible from the younger age group, who have a standing in the top 40 of the younger age group, and are not in the selected 28, will be selected. The names of the player(s) who have been selected will appear as competitors.

Entry for BG10 will be based on selection criteria of the top 32 players applying frm the latest USTA/Southern standing list.

The tournament is sanctioned December 27-31, 2012. The 31st is a rain date. We are hoping to complete the tournament on the 30th if we do not have any inclement weather.

Tournament directors do not have access to phone numbers and email addresses of the tournament participants UNLESS the player re-enters their contact information at the time of the event registration. This means that if a player does not enter their phone number and email information each time they register for a tournament, the tournament director will not be able to contact them for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, etc. Your cooperation will ensure that the tournament directors can continue to communicate necessary information to all of the tournament players.
