-All matches in progress (including Annie Jones and Godbold) and matches waiting to go on at CTP will play at 8 am Sunday morning at CTP.

-You may park in the CTP parking lot or across the street at Green Hope Elementary School. Do NOT park on the street as your car can be ticketed and towed!!!

-Starting on Thursday you may also park in the North Lot at CTP

-Players will turn in their Medical Waiver at their first match before they play. They do NOT need to bring it to the main site if they play at an alternate site.

-Players may check-in to the tournament and receive their player pack at the Pizza Party on Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm OR at anytime on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

There are 5 sites for this tournament. Please be sure to check where your child is playing their match! Players do NOT have to report to the main site first before their first match if they play at an alternate site.

There will be a Player Pizza Party on Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm at the main site, Cary Tennis Park.
Players may receive their tournament packet during this time.

The Doubles Finals will be played on Wednesday (12s - 18s) unless it is a teams 5th match.

Singles and Doubles

Doubles play for the 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s divisions will begin on Wednesday, August 8th

Doubles Play for the 10s will start NO earlier than Thursday at 4 pm.

Singles Play for the 10s will start NO earlier than Friday.

Play for the 8 and under event will be on Friday, August 10th, afternoon/evening. Play will not begin before 5 pm.

*This event is not part of the State Closed, but a seperate event.

Any player looking to participate in this tournament must currently be a resident of North Carolina for 30 days.

Singles Draws will be limited to 64 participants.

After the online entry deadline, a refund is not required to be returned to the player.

When registering please make sure you have your doubles partner information (USTA #).

*If you find a doubles partner after the registration deadline please email the tournament director immediatly, since you will not be able to register online. (You CANNOT register for singles after the online deadline!) more info

Please send an email to the tournament director if your child is playing doubles only. You will pay when you check-in.

If your child is only playing doubles the fee is $20. You will not be able to pay this fee online.

-We will take doubles entrants up to 12 pm (noon) on Saturday, August 4th. After this time we will not take anymore doubles teams.

-All doubles (except for 10s) will start on Wednesday morning. 10s doubles will start Thursday afternoon.
