Please click on the link above under "Tournament Reports" to view Individual First Match Times. PLAYERS - Please register at the tournament desk least thirty minutes prior to your first scheduled match on Saturday so that we can get your contact information for the weekend, so that you will have adequate time to read the Player Information sheet, so that we can give you your tournament t-shirt and so that we know you are on-site and will be ready to play when your match is called. There is no grace period for lateness to a match, so please give yourself adequate travel time.

PRACTICE COURTS-Practice court reservations can now be made for Friday night and/or Saturday morning. We have very limited court availability for Friday night from 6-9pm and reservations will be limited to 30 minutes. Players can get an hour reservation from 9-10pm. Saturday morning reservations will also be limited to 30 minutes, but from 7-9am players can have their own reservations and do not need to share courts. After 9am, players will be assigned four players to a court, also limited to 30 minutes. Please call 989-631-6151, press 0 for our Welcome Center, and indicate that you are a tournament player and that you would like to make a practice court reservation. The court rate is $22.00 per hour, and all reservations must be paid in advance with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). The tennis center will be open until 10pm on Friday (December 7) and will re-open on Saturday morning (December 8) at 7am. There will not be any refunds issued for late cancellations or no shows. IMPORTANT!!! Please make sure you bring your own practice balls - tennis center hoppers and ball carts will not be available for player use. The Wilson Hard Court REGULAR Duty tennis ball will be used for this tournament.

DRAW - The draw will be posted on this site at 7pm on Friday night.

For ranking purposes, is a Midwest Level 2 and a National Level 5 Points Per Round tournament. Draw size is 64 players (singles only) and will include a Feed-In Consolation Draw that will be played through the Quarterfinals. Players may be required to play up to three matches on Sunday if they are in the FIC Draw. Monday is the third and last day of the tournament, and 16 players will be competing on Monday. Players are expected to play and complete all scheduled matches. SCORING FORMAT - All main draw matches will be two out of three tie-break sets. All FIC matches will be two tie-break sets with a Match Tiebreak (first to 10, ahead by two) in lieu of a full third set.

The tentative order of play is as follows. Saturday, December 8: Main Draw Round of 64 and Round of 32, and FIC 1st Round. Sunday, December 9: Main Draw Round of 16 and Quarterfinals, and FIC 2nd Round, 3rd Round Qualifier and 3rd Round. Monday, December 10: Main Draw 3rd-4th Playoff, and FIC Quarterfinal Qualifier and Quarterfinals. The Semifinals and Finals of the FIC will not be played out.
