You are responsilble for verifying your match time prior to Saturday morning. Often there are circumstances that affect first matches or change match times. Be sure to re-check your first match time Friday after 6 pm to make sure no changes have affected your first match.

A SIGNED MEDICAL RELEASE is now REQUIRED PRIOR TO FIRST MATCH. A copy of the medical release form (already filled out and signed by the parent) should be presented in order to avoid delays and/or a possible late penalty. The parent or guardian MUST SIGN. All first round matches are required to check in at their first assigned match site. Signed waiver forms must be turned in to alternate site coordinator at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow plenty of time for check in and travel time to alternate sites. CHECK IN FOR ALL MATCHES IS AT LEAST 30 MIN PRIOR TO EACH MATCH AT THE SITE WHERE YOU ARE PLAYING.

Players are responsible for checking their next match times and sites immediately following their match.

Parents please sign the Tennis Parent Form on the reverse side of the Medical Release Form as your child will not be allowed to participate without it.

Girls and Boys 10 & Under will be played on a 60' court with the Orange lower compression balls this year and a 25" racquet is required. We are looking forward to continued growth in the game by utilizing this format. Scoring: Players will play the best of 3 short sets (first to 4 and win by 2), with a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2) at 4-4 in each set. If a third set is needed, another set tiebreak will be played(first to 7 win by 2). In case of inclement weather, the match will consist of one regular six(6) game set with a set tiebreak(first to 7 and win by 2) at six games all.

Match Format will be 2 out of 3 sets with a Match Tiebreaker for the Third Set for both Main Draw and Consolation Matches in the 12-18's. There will be a Full Feed-In Consolation. Alternative scoring may be used in the event of inclement weather. Players are responsible for knowing the format being used prior to the beginning of each match played. The same match format will be used to complete a round.

For parents and guardians of all Boys and Girls 10’s and 12’s players playing USTA tournaments in North Carolina, you must view the USTA/North Carolina Parent Education Forum power point and bring in the form found at the end of the presentation to the tournament. THIS ONLY MUST BE DONE ONCE and takes only about 15 minutes. more info

Chapel Hill Tennis Club (CHTC) 403 Westbrook Drive Carrboro, NC 27510 From SV parking lot, make a right onto Brookgreen Drive. Turn left at the stop sign onto Edgewater Circle. Follow until you reach Arlen Park Drive and turn left at the four-way stop sign. Left at light onto 15-501 N. At the second light, turn left onto Highway 54 W towards Carrboro. Go approx. 1.2 miles and turn left onto Westbrook Drive (Carolina Apartments is on the right). If you go to the Jones Ferry Exit, you have gone too far. Follow Westbrook Drive to reach the Club.

East Chapel Hill High School (EAST) 500 Weaver Dairy Rd., Chapel Hill, NC 27514 From SV parking lot make a right onto Brookgreen Dr. Turn left at the stop sign onto Edgewater Cir. Follow until you reach Arlen Park Dr. and turn left at the four-way stop sign. Left at light onto NC 86/15-501 N. Continue on NC 86 up the hill towards the UNC campus. Stay on this road through Campus and continue across Frankiln Street and down the hill about 2 miles. Turn right onto Weaver Dairy Road. School will be on your left after about a mile.

UNC Faculty Club (FARM) 1 Alice Ingram Cir. Chapel Hill, NC 27517 From SV parking lot make a right onto Brookgreen Dr. Turn left at the stop sign onto Edgewater Cir. Follow until you reach Arlen Park Dr. and turn left at the four-way stop sign. Left at light onto 15-501 N. Go through one light and turn right onto Highway 54 E/15-501 N. Go approx. 2 miles and exit right onto 54 E towards I-40. At the fifth light, turn right onto Barbee Chapel Rd. Go approx. ½ mile you will see a sign that says “The Farm”, turn right onto Alice Ingram Circle.

Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center 1 Skakle Drive Chapel Hill, NC 27514 From SV parking lot make a right onto Brookgreen Dr. Turn left at the stop sign onto Edgewater Cir. Follow until you reach Arlen Park Dr. and turn left at the four-way stop sign. Left at light onto 15-501 N. Go through one light and turn right onto Highway 54 E/15-501 N. Go approx. 2 miles and exit right onto 54 E towards I-40. At the 4th light, take a right onto Friday Center Drive. Follow the signs back to the Tennis center at the back of the complex.

Top 32 players applying from the latest North Carolina Standing List will be accepted. After all North Carolina players are taken and there are still openings, we then accept out of District/Section players.

Players should bring their own ice and water to all match sites.

Seeding information will be taken from the most current available North Carolina Standings list.
