CONSOLATION DRAWS ARE ONE MATCH ONLY THIS YEAR
Due to ther 30% increase in players (OVER 190 ENTRANTS!) the consolation draw will be one round only to be abe to get the tournament finished in time. You will be guaranteed two matches, but if you lose your first round, you will only have one match remaining in the consolation.

Start Times & Draws
To get your start time, click the "Future Match Info" above. DO NOT call the resort for your start time.
PLEASE SHOW UP 1/2 BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED START TIME. If we can get you on early, we will need to. The schedule is very tight.
Draws that do not have a time (most semis and finals), will most likely be played on sunday. IF WE CAN SCHEDULE ONE OF THOSE MATCHES ON SATURDAY (because of an outcome of a previous match), WE WILL DO SO

SUNDAY TIMES
The match times for Sunday will be made on Saturday night. This way we know who is still playing and can schedule more efficiently. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING YOUR SUNDAY TIME. Just go to this page and check out the draws or click on the second "Future Match Info" report.

Banquet
There will be a banquet on the evening of Satuday, Feb. 25th, 2012. The Scholarship recipients will receive their scholarships AND raffle winners will be determined!! I don't know which is more fun. Be sure to buy lots of raffle tickets as there will be many great items again this year.
If you know that you will not be attending the banquet I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Tournament Fees
Tournament fees are up a little this year - sorry. With the increased cost of tee shirts, balls, trophies and moving to online registration we felt we needed to increase fees. If there is a hardship cause for asking we will look at helping with tournament costs.

If you wish to request an avoidance of time (late start +).....
The tournament will start at 1 PM on Friday, Feb. 24th, 2012. Persons who are playing in only one division may request a late start if they need one in order to participate. We are not able to grant a late start to those who are in more than one division.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, February 19, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time.
